- Completion of an enrollment form and contact information prior to commencement of study
- Spoken and written tests to gauge your comprehension of the material. This allows feedback for the teacher. You will take oral and writing tests while taking class with us. No feedback to track your improvements of your studying if you give up tests.
- Unused hours can be used up to six months after your previous class, provided you inform the school in writing of when you intend to resume
- Students are required to participate in class evaluations via surveys, and/or occasional emails and phone calls.
- Refunds may be applicable in certain circumstances
- Students who require changes in their class schedule or require temporary classes may do so with prior arrangement with the school.
